Job Description You will join our Business Support team within Global Markets, which is looking for a Business Support Apprentice for EMTN Documentation Control for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026. This team of 7 people, bringing together various different expertise, facilitates the commercial activity of fixed income and equity derivatives sales by transforming the requests of internal and external clients into global and operational solutions.

More specifically, the team is divided into 3 divisions, including:
• Front Office Documentation (the division you will join): a central team in securing our structured EMTN issuance process and the quality of our legal documentation (Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income / Credit scopes), and in managing our development projects in this activity. In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be: Documentation Control: Verify the consistency between the information contained in the final legal documentation (Final Terms) and the commercial documentation (sales brochure), and Key Information Documents (KID).

Participate in first-level controls (LOD1) on the activity (monthly, quarterly) which will be reviewed by the Compliance teams.

Review remuneration and liquidity letters (document integrated into the "Distribution Agreement" governing commissions paid to intermediaries) drafted by Equity salespeople.

Verify remuneration or liquidity letters related to distribution commissions paid to EMTN/Bond distributors, as well as remuneration letters drafted by Equity salespeople. Sales Support: Ensure the production of KIDs (Key Information Documents) provided pre-trade within the framework of PRIIPs regulation for non-standard payoffs.

Establish effective communication between Sales teams, IT teams, Compliance, and our document publisher.

Provide IT support where possible (booking analysis, document generation).

Assist the sales team with specific requests, such as modifying financial characteristics in the systems.

Assist Sales with requests for Bloomberg contributions via the systems. Collaboration and Controls: Liaise between legal teams and financial engineering regarding the technical annexes included in the Final Terms, particularly the descriptive part of structured product payoffs with reference to Natixis' EMTN Program.

Produce standard "Annexes" to be added in certain cases to the Final Terms ("FT" or "Final Terms") of the EMTN.

Follow up on listing requests for certain structured products and produce index reports intended for index sponsors (STOXX, MSCI, etc.) for the purpose of setting up billing related to the use of these indices in structured products.

Draft standard "Distribution Agreements" for new Intermediaries who will distribute EMTNs.

You may also have access to the works council depending on your time with the company Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience Student at BAC+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

You have an understanding of financial products and PRIIPs regulation (a plus). You are recognized for your logical thinking, rigor, and curiosity. You possess excellent writing, interpersonal, and synthesis skills.
