Job Description
You will join our Operational Excellence team as an Operational Excellence Project Manager, for a 1-year work-study program starting in September 2026.
Within Ostrum AM, the Operational Excellence team's mission is to support the company in achieving fluid, efficient, strengthened, and industrialized processes for the collective performance of the entity.
In collaboration with your mentor, you will have the opportunity to engage with all departments of the company on numerous topics such as:
Managing the IT project portfolio;
Managing Ostrum AM's essential outsourced services;
Supporting the simplification and optimization of our operational processes, according to Lean Management methodology;
Deploying tactical solutions and supporting their industrialization.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at BAC+5 level, you are preparing a diploma (university, business school, or engineering school), with a specialization in Project Management.
You always have a new goal in mind and you like to bring your projects to fruition.
You know how to be proactive in project management, take initiatives, and demonstrate autonomy in managing assigned tasks.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
