About Automotive Cells Company (ACC)
Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies).
Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.
🔋 We are proud to manufacture, in our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already equip several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AIrCross and the new Jeep Compass).

Job Description
Missions principales :
Définir / Établir
Concevoir l’évaluation de la durabilité des fournisseursDéfinir les objectifs et les processus nécessaires pour atteindre les résultats souhaitésIdentifier les axes d’amélioration et mettre en place des changements pour améliorer la performance des fournisseurs
Construire
Comparer les données collectées lors des étapes RFI/RFQ afin d’identifier les écarts et les résoudre selon la vision de durabilité d’ACCÉlaborer la stratégie Environnementale, Sociale et de Gouvernance (ESG) pour chaque catégorie afin d’atteindre les objectifs ESG d’ACCAssurer le suivi des entreprises évaluées pour clarifier les points spécifiques liés à leur évaluationAider à la mise en œuvre du système de gestion de la diligence raisonnable dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement d’ACC
Garantir
Évaluer les informations collectées lors des étapes d’évaluation des fournisseurs afin de :
Identifier les problèmes dans un processus,Évaluer les risques,Améliorer les systèmes, y compris les normes, les instructions, les procédures et les objectifs
Diriger
Piloter la durabilité des fournisseurs et leur progression vers des pratiques commerciales plus durables
Contribuer
Encourager le développement et l’amélioration de la méthodologie d’évaluationChallenger les fournisseurs sur la neutralité carbone et les objectifs ESG (réalisation et conformité des feuilles de route Scope 1/2/3)
Partager
Promouvoir l’innovation des fournisseurs, apportant un avantage ESG et/ou CO2 à ACCValoriser l’image de marque d’ACC en intégrant ESG et CO2Soutenir et promouvoir le développement de la production de batteries électriques en Europe

Main missions :
Define/Establish
Design the sustainability assessment of suppliersEstablish the objectives and processes required to deliver the desired resultsIdentify potential areas for improvement and make changes to support suppliers performance increase
Build
Compare the data gathered during the RFI/RFQ step to identify gaps and ensure their solving according to ACC Sustainability visionBuilds the Environmental, Social and Governance strategy for each commodity to achieved ACC ESG goalsFollow up with rated companies, where needed, to clarify specific issues related to their assessmentHelp to implement the Due Diligence Management System in ACC Supply Chain
Guarantee
Evaluate the information gathered during the supplier assessment steps to help :
Identify issues within a process,Evaluate risks,Improve systems, including standards, instructions, procedures and goals.
Lead
Lead the sustainability of suppliers and their need to advance their sustainable business practices.
Contribute
Contribution to the development and the improvement of the assessment methodology is encouraged.Challenge Supplier on Carbon Net Zero and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy)
Share
Share and Promote supplier innovation, bringing ESG and/or CO2 ACC advantage.Share and Promote ACC Brand image including ESG & CO2Share and Promote development of European EV batteries production
