Veepee a réalisé en 2024 un chiffre d’affaires de 3,3 milliards d’euros TTC et compte 5 000 collaborateurs répartis dans 10 pays. JOB DESCRIPTION The apprentice will join the Finance Department, under the supervision of the CSR Reporting Officer, and will work closely with internal contributors (operations, HR, supply, legal, communication), as well as external stakeholders such as auditors and partner agencies. He/She will support the CSR and Carbon Footprint reporting processes, ensuring data reliability, audit preparation, and communication consistency at Group level.

The position provides exposure to ESG reporting standards — including CSRD adaptation — in a dynamic international environment. TASKS The apprenticeship is structured in four phases aligned with the team's annual CSR cycle: Phase 1 — CSRD Adaptation & Onboarding (Sept — Dec 2026) : The first quarter is dedicated to onboarding and a deep-dive into CSRD regulatory adaptation, building the foundation for the full reporting cycle: -> Analyze and plan for CSRD new KPIs: identify gaps between current reporting and CSRD requirements, and map action plans with relevant stakeholders. -> Support the European Sustainability Week activation (Sept–Oct 2026): coordinate communication materials and internal engagement activities. -> Participate in the definition of the 2027 CSR data scope: contribute to methodology updates integrating CSRD requirements. -> Contribute to the definition of data providers and KPI responsibilities for the next reporting cycle. -> Support regulatory watch on ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol) and flag relevant updates. -> Assist in the preparation of the Q3 2026 CSR Steering Committee materials. Phase 2 — Data Collection & Audit Preparation (Jan — Mar 2027) Support CSR quantitative & qualitative reporting: Coordinate the collection of quantitative CSR data from international contributors. Support the collection and validation of qualitative information (policies, commitments, narratives).Check and consolidate data quality, justification files, and ensure audit readiness. Contribute to the preparation of the CSR Report in collaboration with external agencies and auditors. Support ESG audits & certifications: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of CSR audits (KPMG). Coordinate the sending of collected data to auditors and manage the feedback loop with contributors. Participate in EcoVadis reporting preparation. Phase 3 — Carbon Footprint, Report Finalization & Communication (Apr — Jun 2027) : Contribute to the Carbon Footprint assessment: Consolidate and verify carbon data to ensure consistency with reporting methodology. Contribute to the restitution of the 2026 carbon footprint (dashboards, presentations). Support the preparation of corrective action plans and upload data to ADEME. Cross-functional ESG & communication tasks: Support the translation and review of CSR deliverables (FR/EN). Help preparation of summary materials for COMEX, contributors, and communication teams. Participate in the design and coordination of the CSR communication campaign. Coordinate the launch of the annual CSR training. Phase 4 — EcoVadis, Analysis & Cycle Preparation (Jun — Aug 2027) : Lead the EcoVadis data collection: complete the form, manage justification files, and perform gap analysis. Post-mortem EcoVadis assessment and reporting cycle (strengths, areas of improvement). Analyze ESG performance (FY vs Y-1) and contribute to next cycle planning. Begin CSRD scoping for the following year in collaboration with the reporting officer. MUST HAVE Education : -> Master 1 or Master 2 student in Business School, Engineering School, or University with a specialization in Sustainability, CSR, Finance, or Data Management. -> All backgrounds are encouraged to apply and will be fully considered. Languages : -> Fluency in French and English (mandatory, written and spoken). Technical Skills -> Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate +). -> Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills. -> Rigor in handling audits and sensitive data. -> Experience with auditors (internal or external) is a plus. -> Knowledge of ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol) is appreciated. -> Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
