Your Tasks
Processing customer orders and restocking requestsHandling customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerManaging order cancellations and amendmentsUpdating and maintaining activity tracking dashboardsMonitoring incoming customer paymentsManaging and following up on customer credit limitsCoordinating transportation and delivery requests
Your Profile
Degree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in commercial management or a related fieldStrong numerical skills and analytical mindsetConfident and professional in customer interactionsPassionate about the fashion and lifestyle industryProactive, adaptable, and eager to learnSolid command of English, both spoken and writtenService-oriented with excellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in French is required
