Au sein de l'organisation corporative ST Product Quality and Reliability, l'organisation du système de gestion de la qualité (QMS) a pour mission de diriger et de garantir la conformité de ST aux exigences réglementaires et clients grâce à un système de gestion de la qualité efficace et efficient.
Nous recherchons un analyste de données pour le processus d'audit.
Mission :
Grâce à l'analyse des résultats des processus d'audit, augmenter la fiabilité des données pour éviter la récurrence des constats et permettre la mise en œuvre d'une fertilisation croisée dans le cadre du processus global de transformation des audits ST dans un marché en croissance et compétitif.
Responsabilités :
Gouvernance des données
Évaluer la qualité des données à plusieurs niveaux : programmes, audits, constats et actions.
Identifier des stratégies correctives et des mesures de soutien communautaire pour améliorer la qualité globale des données.
Amélioration du suivi existant et des KPI – Power BI
Maintenir et améliorer les tableaux de bord de suivi récurrents.
Transition vers le portail existant de l'entreprise.
Animer des ateliers avec l'équipe centrale pour identifier les modifications nécessaires.
Support de données pour l'équipe audit
Fournir un support lié aux données pour les équipes d'audit
A PROPOS DE VOUS
Master en science des données, sciences ou domaine similaire.
Compétences analytiques (Excel, Power BI).
Bonnes compétences en communication pour s'adresser de manière appropriée à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.
Rigueur, méthode, organisation.
Capacité à travailler en équipe, dans un environnement interculturel.
Connaissances de base du système de gestion de la qualité.

Within ST Product Quality and Reliability Corporate Organization, the Quality Management System (QMS) Organization has the mission to lead and secure ST compliance to regulatory and Customers' requirements through an efficient and effective Quality Management System.
We are looking for a Data Analyst for Audit Process.
Mission:
Thanks to analysis of audits process outputs, increase reliability of the data to avoid re-occurence of the findings and allow implementation of cross fertilization within ST global audit transformation process in a growing and competitive market
Responsibilities:
Data Governance
Evaluated data quality across multiple levels: programs, audits, findings, and actions.
Identified corrective strategies and community support measures to enhance overall data quality
Existing Monitoring & KPI Improvement – Power BI
Maintained and improved recurrent monitoring dashboards
Transition to existing company portal
Conducted workshops with the core team to identify necessary modifications
Audit Team Data Support
Provided data-related support for audit teams
ABOUT YOU
Master degree Data science, sciences or similar
Analytical skills (excel, PowerBI)
good communication skills to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
English business proficiency
Rigorous, systematic, organized
Ability to work in teams, in cross-cultural environment
basic Knowledge of Quality Management System
