Event Management and Digital Campaigns Coordination
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in next September 2026.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Organizing and managing physical, virtual, and trade show events, which involve comprehensive planning, logistics, participant follow-up, and providing on-site support when necessary.
You will frequently monitor event registrations, collect and structure post-event data, and manage lead uploads
Additionally, you will follow up with and support the sales team to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for our events.
Prospect Targeting and Communication Strategy
You will develop effective communication plans, including email campaigns, and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on audience segmentation.
Goal will be to optimize registration rates and enhance our outreach strategy.
CRM Data Management
Your role will involve working with data extracted from our CRM database.
You will optimize the CRM in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams by extracting, filtering, and organizing data
You will assist in the construction of marketing campaigns by creating relevant datasets.
Innovation and Problem-Solving
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate innovation skills to address identified gaps and improve our marketing efforts.
Profile
You are seeking an apprenticeship for a 2-year Master’s degree, with a schedule of 3 weeks in the company and 1 week in school.
You are fluent in both French and English at a professional level.
You are curious and motivated to learn about new technologies and the services industry.
You possess an analytical mindset and have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
You are capable of understanding data within a business context.
You work autonomously but know when to seek support.
You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
You exhibit drive and motivation.
