Our team enables Platforms, IT & Security teams to plan and operate with excellence by harmonizing processes, aligning roadmaps with Doctolib's strategy, monitoring budget and driving internal transformation projects As a Platforms Project & Finance Analyst apprentice, you will play a key role in optimizing Doctolib's application portfolio and managing license budgets across the entire organization.

Working under the guidance of an experienced project manager, you will gain hands-on experience in both financial management and project coordination while collaborating with business teams and stakeholders across Doctolib. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitor and manage the license budget for all Doctolib applications and platforms available for our internal clients Analyze spending patterns and identify optimization opportunities across the application portfolio Participate in or lead application portfolio and cost optimization projects in collaboration with business teams Coordinate with various stakeholders (business teams, IT teams, finance) to gather requirements and ensure project delivery Prepare reports and dashboards to track budget performance and project progress Take part in team operations routines with PSYCO (team events, demo sessions, etc) Who you are Before you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
