Joining our dynamic team, you will play a key role in the *development and commercial success of our products* across France and Europe, working closely with our B2B partners and clients.
*Your key responsibilities:*
* Identify new product opportunities and lead their development through to market launch.
* Conduct competitive intelligence on trends, innovations, and market strategies across Europe.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts.
* Manage and grow the existing client portfolio through targeted commercial and marketing actions (new launches, seasonal campaigns, clearance sales, etc.).
* Develop customer loyalty strategies and boost average order value.
* Actively contribute to *business development efforts*, including prospecting new clients and reactivating dormant accounts.
*Profile sought*
* Previous experience in product development, sales, or business development is a plus.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is a bonus.
* Strong analytical skills, creativity, and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable and autonomous.
* Team player with a taste for dynamic startup environments.
* An interest in the confectionery or gourmet food sector would be a real advantage!
