Job Description
Within the ISD GBCR
- Trade Finance, you join the Trade Finance Operation team, composed of several mixed teams (developers, business analysts), who are looking for a business analyst for a alternation ofone year from September 2026.
In this service, we work to ensure the technical and operational consistency of our Trade Finance information system, mainly focused on the back office and supported by the FBTI software package (Finastra), which is configurable and customizable.
This software base is integrated into a complex ecosystem (numerous connection interfaces, document management, OCR coupled with artificial intelligence, dashboard) in interaction with the Natixis IT system and BPCE.
This information system is intended for Natixis France/Algiers, the United States, Asia and the BPCE group.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Participate in maintenance changes and corrections, and in project contributions impacting the FBTI base and complementary applications on all Business Analyst tasks (framing and formalization of the need, design, settings and assistance to developers, tests, user support, training and start-up support);
Provide support to users: management of functional incidents, assistance or investigation requests;
Manage the version upgrades of the software package (analysis and communication of release notes, relationship with the publisher regarding patches/evolutions, participation in non-regression testing campaigns).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student level Bac +4, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in project management.
You have the basics of functional modeling of treatments (UML, etc.), data (SGBDR) and human-machine interactions (UI/UX).
You have a strong interest in the functional field of banking, particularly financing and international trade, which allows you to invest effectively in the field of Trade Finance.
Knowledge of SQL, as well as Low-Code/No-Code or AGILE tools and methods will be appreciated.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
