Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the Compliance team, within the Compliance Department of Ostrum AM, which is looking for a Compliance Officer, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Participate in the review of the commercial documentation (participation in the validation of the commercial documentation on a weekly basis, proofreading of the corrected documents, validation if applicable;
Manage the entries under and outside telephone recording of employees, participate in the possible replay of the tapes;
Participate in the updating of procedures, and in the development of operating methods for the missions carried out by the intern;
Participate in carrying out permanent checks (phone records, websites, gifts received/offered ...);
Participation in regulatory monitoring.
Regulatory monitoring activity and the drafting of inspection reports require writing skills.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level in a university or business school, with a specialization in compliance expertise or financial criminal law.
You ensure regulatory monitoring and the drafting of inspection reports, relying on your strong writing skills.
You master computer office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a good level.
You are rigorous, curious and sociable, capable of working effectively in a team while remaining autonomous.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
