Job Description You are joining our Client Relationship Management Strategic team within the Chief Client Office (CCO) department of CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank), which is looking for a CRM Strategic Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026. This team is responsible for capturing, understanding, analyzing, and relaying the Voice of the Client (VOC) by coordinating various expertise areas within the bank to improve client satisfaction. In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in their daily tasks; Participating in client interviews (Voice of Client) to measure the experience/perception of Natixis CIB clients and identify/track tangible action plans for improving client satisfaction; Contributing to the preparation of client feedback analyses: periodic and/or ad-hoc summaries on client segments/categories; Acting as a support for CRMs managing an asset manager client portfolio, working in close collaboration with Global Markets Sales and Coverage teams, as well as operational functions (KYC, Credit, Legal, Operations, etc.) in the context of developing business with Global Asset Managers; Being proactive in contributing to the continuous improvement of CRM process digitalization, leveraging Low Code No Code and AI technologies; Contributing to the preparation of the team's activity reports and KPI monitoring; Contributing to and supporting, when necessary, the CIB Client Complaints Global Process Owner (GPO) to ensure the proper execution of the overall framework. #FinanceTransformative You will be working in an international and inclusive environment that promotes collaboration, with concrete tasks and a real impact.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (analysis and synthesis).

You are serious, rigorous, with initiative, and possess good adaptability skills.

Furthermore, you are proficient in the Office Pack (Word, PPT, Excel) and ideally have knowledge of data analysis and BI.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
