Job Description
You will join the Fund Operations team as a Junior Fund Operations Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation process to assess its accuracy;
Assisting in determining the appropriate corrective treatment for NAV errors that occur;
Collecting and analyzing activity reports on swing pricing;
Collecting and analyzing activity reports on securities pricing;
Analyzing and evaluating periodic KPI reports received from various service providers;
Reviewing annual fund reports across multiple domiciles.
As a Junior Fund Operations Analyst, you will participate in various tasks (e.g., setting up a new activity, deploying a specific project, using a particular work methodology, liaising with a specific external body, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
You are a Bac+5 level student, pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Accounting/Management.
You have a good understanding of fund accounting and custody operations.
You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
You are proficient in the Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are dynamic, can manage multiple tasks, are rigorous, and have a keen eye for detail.
And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
