Job Description
You join our Energy Transition team, which is looking for a Operation supervisor, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
Within the Energy & Ecological Transition division of the management company Mirova, you join the Energy Transition team (TEE), which develops and manages investment funds dedicated to the decarbonization strategy of the economy, mainly by financing: renewable energy production units (mainly wind, solar or hydraulic), including hydrogen production, energy storage units, non-carbon transport methods (using electric vehicles or running from hydrogen).
The Energy Transition team, composed of 35 people, participates in all tasks related to the management of an investment fund: definition of investment strategies, placement of funds with investors, investments in projects and companies in application of the strategy, monitoring of investments during the management period, transfer of assets, reporting to investors.
You will be in an international context, with collaborators in France, Spain, Poland and Greece.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Analyze and challenge the technical due diligence of projects under acquisition and financing;
Supervise the construction and operation of projects and verify compliance with business plans;
Establish technical and financial performance reports and participate in the improvement of the reporting framework for different investments.
Prepare summaries of performance reports to convey important information to other team members during investment business reviews;
Analyze and challenge the studies of productible and lifetime of renewable energy production facilities;
Actively participate in technological, contractual and regulatory monitoring, particularly with a dominant energy storage manufacturing and hydrogen and battery supply chain in Europe and the rest of the world).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a degree (university or engineering school) with a specialization in Renewable Energies.
You are familiar with Excel and Office Pack.
You have a good writing ability in French and English.
You have a good ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks.
