Job Description
You will join our NIM
- Product Tax team, which is seeking a Product Tax Specialist for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
Our team assists the subsidiaries of Natixis Investment Managers, which are management companies, with tax-related issues in the context of creating and managing the various investment products (UCITS, Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Infrastructure Funds) they offer to their clients, within a strongly international environment.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
Participating in the implementation and monitoring of various European and international tax regulations (such as Pillar 2).
Participating in the analysis of specific tax issues for the group's funds, particularly concerning:
Taxation of investment funds.
International taxation.
Questions on the VAT treatment of certain transactions.
Implementation and updating of transfer pricing documentation.
Any other French or foreign taxes.
Drafting responses to the tax queries of Natixis Investment Managers' subsidiaries.
Participating in monitoring and staying updated on tax news impacting investment funds.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
As a BAC+4 level student, you are pursuing a university or business school degree with a specialization in Tax Law.
Your dynamism, organizational skills, ability to work, rigor, adaptability, and team spirit are essential assets.
You are able to work with legal tools (Navis, LexisNexis, IBFD, etc.).
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
