Job Description
You join our Risk Management team composed of 3 people asRisk Analyst, for an apprenticeship d'1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Participate in the identification and analysis of risks during new real estate acquisitions (drafting of Risk Memo);
Attend quarterly expert meetings as part of the valuation of real estate assets and the preparation of internal and external risk committees;
Contribute to the implementation of various controls and risk analyses (Scorecards, investment constraints, stress tests...) and their automation in order to design reports dedicated to managing investment risks;
Contribute to the improvement of the diligence carried out on sustainability risk;
Collaborate with the different teams (finance, legal, compliance, fund operations) to ensure integrated management of investment risks.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a degree with a specialization in finance, risk management or similar.
A specialization in real estate and/or data management is a plus.
You have a marked appetence for data and programming.
You have a good command of office tools (Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, Power BI).
You demonstrate an analytical and rigorous mind, with an autonomous and proactive approach.
You have good written and oral communication, allowing you to communicate effectively with the different teams.
And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
