It encompasses two activities: The distribution activities in Europe and in other geographic areas such as APAC, the Middle East, and Latin America for Natixis IM's asset management offering; A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates. Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi-affiliate model of Natixis IM. Job Description You will join our team, which is seeking a Sales Support External Distribution Retail, Wholesale & Insurance Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026. Within the BDU Western Europe, the External Distribution division you will join is composed of 3 teams: Retail Team: Composed of 5 sales representatives, responsible for marketing Natixis IM's affiliates' products to Independent Wealth Management Advisors, online brokers, and specialized multi-management firms. Wholesale Team: Composed of 3 sales representatives, responsible for marketing Natixis IM's affiliates' products to private banks, asset managers, and fund selectors. Insurance Team: Composed of 2 sales representatives, responsible for marketing Natixis IM's affiliates' products to insurance companies and mutuals. In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and managing commercial relationships: Contribute to customer loyalty and the development of the Distribution teams' portfolio by maintaining close collaborations with affiliates and partners (Mirova, Loomis Sayles, Ostrum AM, Flexstone Partners, Ossiam, among others). Creating and managing communication materials: Design marketing and sales materials (presentations, client emails, activity reports) intended for various channels (clients, specialized press, professional networks, partner websites). Preparing and organizing events: Coordinate the logistics and content of physical and digital events (client meetings, sales presentations, conferences), in conjunction with the sales and management teams. Market surveillance and analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking, analyze fund performance, and monitor market trends to inform the sales teams. Supporting the management of clients and prospects: Ensure commercial follow-up, manage databases (CRM), produce activity reports, and handle client requests in collaboration with internal teams. Internal collaboration and coordination: Work closely with various teams (analysts, customer service, marketing, events, compliance, legal) to ensure the quality of deliverables and commercial actions. #FinanceTransformative You will work within an international and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration, with concrete tasks and real impact.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a Bac+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Finance, Banking, or Insurance. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You have good skills and interest in financial markets and asset management. You have good skills and interest in financial markets, asset management, and geopolitical news. You are proactive and autonomous, with interpersonal skills and a good team spirit. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
