Job Description You will join our Strategy & Sales Management team, which is seeking an Assistant Strategy & Sales Management for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026. You will join the Strategy & Sales Management team of Natixis Investment Managers' International Distribution Platform, supporting the team in areas such as: Strategy and Planning; Sales Performance Monitoring; Thought Leadership and Innovation; Market Research. In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the team in its strategic planning and sales management activities: Assist in developing strategic plans in areas such as new market entry and new capability development, and collaborate on the organization of the multi-year plan and budget plan. Support executive management in monitoring and communicating the execution of our strategy through regular and ad hoc reports. Monitor the organization's performance in areas such as the investment performance of our affiliates, the activity of our sales teams, and progress towards strategic initiatives through dedicated reports (weekly and monthly dashboards, sales analysis). Assisting with the creation of market intelligence reports and analyses: Research, analyze, and report on industry trends in areas such as ESG, alternative investments, and digital developments, as well as specific client channels and countries. Evaluate the group's performance in key areas against competitors (market share analysis, emerging trends, competition). Continuously develop your understanding of the organization and industry through activities such as networking, reading research, and tracking market developments. Responsible for improving the team's use of data and various information sources: Coordinate the development of new tools (Tableau, CRM, Anaplan, etc.) and be responsible for identifying ways the team can improve its use of data. Collaborate with other teams in the organization, such as Product and Marketing teams, to identify ways to enhance data utilization and reporting to improve strategic alignment. #FinanceTransformative You will work within an international and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration, with concrete tasks and real impact.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a BAC+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Sales. You have a rigorous, curious, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. You are highly data-driven, with strong Excel skills and comfortable manipulating data. You possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
