Job Description
You will join our Front Office team, within Natixis CIB's Capital Markets Structured Credit department, which is looking for an Apprentice in Structured Credit / Capital Markets for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
This strategic position will allow you to work directly with the teams involved in structured credit operations, offering unique immersion into the financial and commercial activities of our company.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
Collaboration with Front Office Teams: Work closely with traders and structurers to develop and improve the digital tools necessary for managing structured credit operations.
Actively participate in strategic discussions and meetings to optimize data management processes.
Development and Optimization: Contribute to the development of innovative tools to enhance control efficiency and optimize processes in a dynamic front office environment.
Assist in automating and digitizing tasks to improve operational fluidity.
Business Management: Assist in preparing detailed reports and analyses to support commercial and strategic decisions.
Participate in data collection and analysis to provide valuable insights to the teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (engineering school or business school) with a specialization in Data Science/Finance.
You have solid knowledge in finance, with a particular interest in structured credit.
You possess data science skills and are proficient with Excel tools as well as programming languages (VBA, Python, etc.).
You demonstrate an analytical mind, rigor, and the ability to work in a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
