Job Description
You will join our Structured Export Solutions team within the Global Trade department, which is seeking an apprentice for 1 year starting in September 2026.
You will join a dynamic team focused on responsible financing, in close liaison with the ESR teams and the Green & Sustainable Hub.
You will work in an international environment, surrounded by experts committed to the quality and rigor of their missions.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in origination efforts by preparing client pitches to support the team on Export and Commodities Structured Finance transactions;
Assist in preparing reports and conducting various sector research;
Develop presentation files for internal decision-making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling...);
Contribute to the drafting of financing offers (Term Sheet, Letter of Interest);
Collaborate within deal teams on the structuring and execution of mandates won by the SES team.
The work-study program will allow you to interact with various departments of the bank: Coverage, Project Finance, Sector Heads, Country and Credit Risk, Engineers, Environmental & Social Risk, Syndication, Legal, Compliance, etc.
You will be involved in financing operations supported by Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) or structured commodity financings, in a dynamic international environment.
Your main mission will be to assist the Front team in originating, structuring, and executing transactions.
In this context, you will work in collaboration with numerous bank departments, both in France and internationally, and will regularly interact with clients and partners (European exporters, traders, commodity producers, international borrowers, ECAs, other banks...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student Bac+5 level, you are pursuing a university, business school, or engineering school degree with a specialization in Structured and/or Corporate Finance.
You know how to collaborate transversally in an international environment.
You are able to communicate effectively, present quality client pitches under significant time constraints, with an advanced level required in PowerPoint.
You are also proactive in contributing to the team's success.
Previous experience in structured finance with international counterparties would be a plus.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
(Proficiency in another foreign language is an asset).
