Job Description
You are joining the Ostrum Asset Management Development Department, more precisely in the Tender team, composed of 3 employees, as a Responsible for Tenders for an apprenticeship lasting one to two years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
You will contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tenders and due diligence questionnaires that concern the management company or the expertise/management strategies while ensuring accuracy, correctness, consistency, of the clarity and relevance of the answers;
You will participate in transversal projects notably related to AI, process automation, and data management;
You will participate in the automation of due diligence documents on the company and on management strategies;
You will keep the tender database up to date;
You will work on consultant databases, notably on:
The validation of databases to be populated and management strategies to reference;
The update of data related to the management company and expertise / management strategies;
You will contribute to the production of regular and ad-hoc studies in order to monitor market developments both competitively and in terms of demand.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC +4 or 5 level, you are preparing a degree in business school or university in the field of Asset Management or in Financial Analysis.
You are interested in asset management and know the different asset classes (stocks and bonds).
You master the tools of the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have excellent written and verbal communication.
You are attentive to details and demonstrate autonomy while enjoying working in a team.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
