Job Description
You join the CSE team that is looking for a Manager of cultural and sporting events and communication for a alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Draft and distribute internal communications (newsletters, internal networks, postings, CSE Intranet, etc.) concerning the activities, services and events offered by the CSE;
Welcome and inform employees (in-person permanence, email, Teams, etc.);
Participate in the development and animation of events that the CSE organizes or in which it participates (forums related to different activities, events, etc.);
Design and propose cultural and sports outings for employees.
Ensure the link with external service providers;
Pre-select and negotiate proposals with cultural and sporting partners (museums, theatres, cinemas, sports activities, etc.) to obtain preferential rates;
Set up a diversified and relevant offer, consistent with the budget allocations allocated and the specifications set;
Ensure budgetary follow-up;
Take charge of the operational management of these activities and services in the CSE tool (Proweb) and ensure reporting;
Connection with the ticketing service of the CSE (Meyclub);
Work in conjunction with the ticketing provider to propose new offers;
Follow up the files of potential claims and ensure the link with employees.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student level Bac+4, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school).
You are able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
You are adaptable to various interlocutors and you like to learn.
You are recognized for your good interpersonal skills and your discretion.
Have a sense of teamwork and a sense of service.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
