Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our team from the Regulatory Affairs department within the General Secretariat of Natixis, which is looking for a Compliance Officer, for a 2-year apprenticeship from September 2026.
This department is responsible in particular for coordinating the identification and analysis of regulatory developments that have an impact on Natixis' activities, for managing relations with the regulatory authorities supervising Natixis, to supervise the regulatory projects carried out within the establishment, as well as to ensure the central coordination of the permanent control system.
Within the Regulatory Watch Coordination and Oversight division, and in collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Contribute to the work of analyzing regulatory developments and evaluating their potential impacts on Natixis' banking and financial activities;
Prepare reports, summaries and indicators for governance bodies;
Contribute to the expansion and strengthening of the global regulatory monitoring system, in coordination with the various specialized functions and international platforms of Natixis.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from a business school with a specialization in business law.
You have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, with a marked interest in regulatory issues in the financial sector.
You are familiar with the main regulatory texts applicable to investment banks (MiFID II, Basel III, etc.).
You master the computer tools and professional databases for documentary research.
You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
