Job Description
POSITION AND MISSION:
You join our team within the Financial Control
- Accounting and Management Control department, which is looking for a Financial Control Assistant, for an apprenticeship of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Participate in the Accounting Review by controlling, at the second level, the reliability of financial data;
Assist in the production of regulatory reports from Financial Control;
Control the pricing clauses present in the legal documentation and participate in product pricing as part of tenders and price revisions;
Become the dedicated contact for Customer Service (CRM) on the financial control process of new products and follow the implementation of files (via internal workflow tool);
Follow the control plan of internal and external auditors on the processes of the Financial Department (Internal Control, Statutory Auditors, ...) ;
Control the implementation of pricing with Accounting;
Follow and update the control plan, intervene in the formalization of procedures and ensure their effective application;
Participate in analyses and projects on current topics related to the evolution of regulations or Ostrum’s activity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student level Bac +3/+5, you prepare a university degree, business school or engineering, with a specialization in finance, accounting or management control.
You master office tools (Excel/PowerPoint), as well as accounting software.
You are familiar with automation tools such as Power Platform and databases.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills and demonstrate proactivity by anticipating needs and proposing improvements.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
