Job Description
You will join our Talent, Change, Learning team within the Human Resources department of the Asset & Wealth Management division, seeking an HR Project Officer for a 2 year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
The majority of projects will have an international dimension.
Your contacts will be based in Paris, London, Boston, and other locations in Europe, Asia, or South America.
In this role, you will interact primarily with the members of your team, but also with other Human Resources teams within the division, with Internal Communications, and with other internal clients (sales teams, support teams, and management teams).
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
Talent Management:
Supporting the implementation and deployment of a talent development program.
Monitoring and animating the program's alumni network.
Organizing onboarding sessions for new arrivals in the Asset & Wealth Management division in France and internationally.
Learning:
Coordinating the collection of needs, budget establishment, and drafting of training plans for presentation to training committees and works councils.
Ensuring activity monitoring with our service provider for administrative management: session organization, reporting, and invoicing.
Participating and proactively contributing to communication actions aimed at employees, leaders, and HR.
Depending on the workload, you may also have occasional participation in other transversal projects within the AWM division.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
As a BAC +4 level student, you are pursuing a university degree or business school diploma, specializing in Human Resources.
You are proficient in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint and Excel
- VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and an AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
You demonstrate rigor and reliability.
You have the ability to manage priorities, respect deadlines, and meet commitments.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong written, analytical, and synthesis capabilities.
