Job Description
You will join our Global Trade Syndication/Distribution team, which is looking for a Junior Trade Syndication & Distribution professional for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
You will work within the Global Trade syndication/distribution team, which is responsible for the distribution of syndicated loans, guarantees, and letters of credit (LCs) for the bank's major clients.
The team consists of 5 people and covers the entire EMEA region (including Russia and CIS).
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
Monitoring and structuring of syndicated Trade Finance products; Analysis and commentary on the Trade Finance market; Review of master agreements used in the Trade Market (Master Risk Participation Agreement, Offers & Acceptance); Interaction with financial institutions and multilateral organizations (Development Banks, World Bank, etc.); Liaising and permanent dialogue with relationship managers and relevant departments; Liaising with Trade service teams and producing reports.
This apprenticeship will allow you to gain a good understanding of financing, Trade Finance, the syndication market, and to study very diverse business sectors across different geographic markets (Africa, Russia & CIS, Middle East...).
You will work in collaboration with many stakeholders: origination teams, interaction with predominantly Anglo-Saxon stakeholders, investors (banks and institutional investors), co-arrangers, sales teams and the bank's secondary sales desk, legal and compliance teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at Bac+4 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school).
You have fluent English and a good command of the Office suite.
You have good analytical and synthesis skills, the ability to work in a team, and to manage priorities.
You have good written and verbal communication skills.
You are curious, independent, and motivated.
