Job Description You are joining our team from the Employee Service division of the Natixis Social and Economic Committee who is looking for a operational and administrative manager for a alternation of 2 years from September 2026. In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: Welcome and inform employees (in-person permanence, email, Teams, etc.); Draft written communications (mailing, CSE site, postings, etc.); Organize and participate in meetings and forums to present ESC activities; Ensure direct contact with the providers during the organization of events; Approach local and/or national brands to obtain preferential rates (Cooperative); Ensure the administrative management of the Union Sportive Natixis (USN), the Association Culture et Loisirs (ACL) and the Cooperative (Coop); Follow up on administrative activities in connection with the section leaders, the USN, ACL, Coop and CSE offices (process employee files, respond to their requests, ensure activity reporting, etc.); Manage and define the schedules in coordination with the section managers; Put activities/services online in the activity management tool; Participate in the organization of Forums, events and general assemblies; Manage the administrative formalities related to the life of these associations and companies; Be in contact with employees and external service providers as well as partners of the CSE. #FinanceTransformative You evolve in an international and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration with concrete missions and a real impact.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience Student at the Bac+2/3 level, you are preparing a degree (university or business school). Mastering the Office 365 suite is essential as well as real ease with computer tools and software. You have a real appetite for cultural and leisure activities. You demonstrate a sense of service and confidentiality, and respect the personal information to which you have access. You are recognized for your team spirit, your versatility and your taste for cooperative work. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
