We are looking for our next ESG Data Analyst apprentice as of 01/09/2026 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters!
Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within AXA Group Investment & ALM, you will join the Responsible investment team as ESG Data Analyst.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:
Support the team in any Responsible Investment subject.
Develop comparative analysis on key Responsible Investment topics.
Support the development and governance of ESG frameworks and thematic priorities.
Perform extra-financial data analysis and contribute to the review of sustainability KPIs.
Automate monitoring and reporting processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency and data quality.
Contribute to sustainability and climate-related disclosures, supporting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
Who You Are:
Working towards a master’s degree in finance, data science or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of programming (SQL & Azure environment).
Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
Strong interest in sustainability topics, financial markets, ESG investing.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders.
