Au sein de la Direction Support Client, vous rejoindrez le centre de formation et de support aux opérations aériennes en tant qu’apprentie Ingénieur Support Opérations Aériennes.
L’objectif est de fournir du support mais également des formations et des services aux compagnies aériennes afin qu’elles exploitent les ATR de manière sûre et efficace.
Descriptif des missions proposées
Contribuer à assurer le support des opérateurs via la fourniture de réponses précises aux questions clients portant sur les performances avion, les procédures de vol, la documentation opérationnelle, les masses et centrage, ainsi que les logiciels de performances ATR.
Développer des formations destinées aux ingénieurs opérations aériennes, dispatchers et personnels de sécurité des vols.
Contribuer à la définition des outils et logiciels dédiés aux pilotes, dispatchers et ingénieurs des opérations aériennes (EFB, flight planning, études de performances, calculs de performances décollage/atterrissage).
Participer au développement de services répondant aux besoins des compagnies aériennes.
Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue de la sécurité des vols.
Contribuer à fournir de l’analyse de vol pour les clients du service FDM.
Produire des éléments de communication technique à destination des opérateurs ATR.

What we will do together:
Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities.
Within the Customer Support Directorate, you will join the ATR Training Center and the Flight Operations Support team as an apprentice Flight Operations Support Engineer.
The objective is to provide support, as well as training and services, to airlines so they can operate ATR aircraft safely and efficiently.
Detailed description of the mission
Contribute to supporting operators by providing accurate answers to customer requests related to aircraft performance, flight procedures, operational documentation, weight and balance, as well as ATR performance software.
Develop training courses intended for flight operations engineers, dispatchers, and flight safety personnel.
Contribute to defining tools and software dedicated to pilots, dispatchers, and flight operations engineers (EFB, flight planning, performance studies, takeoff/landing performance calculations).
Participate in the development of services that address airline needs.
Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of flight safety.
Support the delivery of flight data analysis for customers of the FDM service.
Produce technical communication materials for ATR operators.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
Required degree: Ideally an aeronautical engineering school with an apprentice program.
Desired skills: Aeronautical knowledge + specialization in flight operations.
Required soft skills: Curiosity / Motivation / Rigor / Creativity.
Required languages: English / French.
Calendar
Starting date: September 2026 for 3 years.
