Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.
Au sein du département Engineering Structures, le candidat aura la charge d’assurer un support technique auprès des clients.
Le candidat interviendra dans les domaines d’activités suivants :
Création d’un fichier d’étude de cas précédents de réparations typiques pour optimiser le process d’analyse de dommages sur les avions en service et améliorer la gestion des connaissances
Capitalisation sur les interchangeabilités de portes avion après analyse des configurations et modifications structurelles impliquées
Assurer en continu et dans des délais impartis une assistance technique auprès des clients
Analyser les demandes clients relatives à des dommages des structures sur des avions en service
Identifier les défauts répétitifs pour proposer des solutions d’amélioration
Etablir des instructions de réparation aussi bien spécifiques que génériques
Ce stage est fait pour vous :
Diplôme (niveau BAC +5, Master 1 ou 2) en mécanique ou en aéronautique de préférence dans le domaine des structures avion
Maîtrise de la langue anglaise, y compris technique (B1)
Maîtrise pack Office
Autonomie, rigueur, bon sens de l'organisation.
Ouverture d’esprit, attitude positive, bon esprit d’équipe.
Forte orientation client.
Interactions possibles avec les clients, équipe calcul, équipe dessins de réparations, équipe de support de la flotte et autres départements ATR (support client, ingénierie des pièces de rechange, sécurité, qualité, etc.).

Within the Engineering Structures Department, help ensure consistent engineering support to customers for structural queries.
the candidate will:
Create a previous cases study file of typical ATR repairs to optimize the process of damages analysis on in service aircraft and improve knowledge management
capitalize on A/C doors interchangeability after analysis of configuration and structural modifications applied
Participate in providing consistent and timely technical support to customers,
Evaluate customer requests regarding structural damage on in-service aircraft
Investigate existence of previous similar cases to ensure consistent support
Develop and provide to customers Structural Repair Instructions, generic or specific
Possible interactions with customers, Stress office, Repair Drawing Team, Fleet Support Team and other ATR departments (customer support, spares engineering, safety, quality, etc)
This internship is designed for you
Degree (Bac +5, Master 2) in aeronautical or mechanical engineering
Language skills (and level): English (B1)
IT skills (tools): Microsoft Office
Autonomous, rigorous and with good organizational skills.
Open minded, positive thinking, great teamworker
Strong orientation to customers
