Summary About us Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique. From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna designed both men’s and women’s collections as the Artistic Director. In July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga. Job Description Your opportunity Within the Global Client Data department, the Global Client Data Analyst aims to support Global CRM analytics, client database management, development of data structuring and CRM operations within Balenciaga to contribute to the client-centric strategy and improve engagement and customer retention with the brand. How you will contribute Reporting & Analysis Support the production of both recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly client reports and product-specific analyses (e.g., purchase behavior). Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the key point of contact between HQ and various regional teams, ensuring alignment and support related to the client database. Data Management, Integration & Automation Assist in enhancing data quality and optimizing data extraction processes by leveraging SQL and programming skills. Collaborate with team member to develop and improve BI tools, contributing to greater automation and efficiency in reporting workflows. Support the integration of new data sources and ensure consistency and alignment across all data collection systems. Project Management Manage projects related to client data and CRM, from planning through execution and delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, track progress, and ensure timely and successful implementation. Who you are Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, Knowledge in ETL and BI tools required.

Python is a plus Analytical & Creative Thinking: Reactive, rigorous, and creative in problem-solving and data interpretation. Organized & Adaptable: Highly organized and flexible, capable of managing requests and shifting priorities effectively. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the luxury industry and client-centric strategies. Business & Data Oriented: Business-oriented mindset with strong proficiency in database handling and data analysis. Office packs: Excel and PowerPoint Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Why work with us?
