Become a TrustMaker. *Your next career move is just one email away.* *What We Can Achieve TOGETHER (Missions): * * Develop and grow strong B2B partnerships, building win-win relationships to promote Studely’s services across Germany and our subsidiaries. * Identify, source, and onboard new strategic German partners, contributing to the expansion of Studely’s commercial ecosystem in Germany. * Manage and strengthen relationships with direct clients, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Create a strong relationship-driven dynamic with partners and clients to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and * Present Studely’s services and products clearly and convincingly to new German partners and clients, with a strong sense of pedagogy and value proposition. * Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring follow-up, coordination, and ongoing performance optimization. * Produce commercial reports and activity summaries, including performance tracking and insights using Excel dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and written reports (Word). * Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies. *Education, Skills & Knowledge:* * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in *Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.* * First professional experience (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role) in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Client Relationship Management, ideally in an international context. * *Strong interest in the German market, including its business culture, professional standards, and relationship-driven sales approach.* * Solid understanding of B2B sales fundamentals, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management, and pipeline follow-up. * Ability to structure and follow commercial processes with rigour and consistency, in line with German market expectations. * Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting frameworks; strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is a plus. *Competencies & Profile* * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships—especially within the German business environment. * Fluent in German, English, and French (mandatory), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with international partners and clients. * Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to sustainable growth. * Well-organized and structured, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. * Comfortable presenting products and services clearly, accurately, and convincingly, adapting messaging to German-speaking stakeholders. * Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams. * Highly adaptable and comfortable working in multicultural, international, and fast-growing environments. *Personal Attributes* * Strong ownership mindset, with a high level of integrity and accountability. * Hands-on, results-driven, and execution-focused, comfortable turning ideas into action. * Fast-moving and detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work in a high-growth environment. * Deeply passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and experimentation. * Thrives in multicultural, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and learn continuously. *Equal Opportunity Statement (Optional but Recommended)* Studely is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
