We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the core French team and work directly with the Head of Operations.
This is not a “watch and learn” internship.
You’ll be in the engine room, helping us build, fix, optimize, and scale.
What you’ll actually do :
Be the right hand of the Head of Operations
Build and improve real operational processes (not slides)
Make Customer Success & Customer Support fast, smooth, and human
Fix broken workflows and create better ones
Work with partners, suppliers, bike workshops
Create simple, scalable processes, docs, and tools
Spot problems before customers do, and solve them
Help turn a young operation into a well-oiled machine
Who we’re looking for :
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management
Fluent in English and French
You like ownership
You’re structured, sharp, and hands-on
You’re fluent in French & English
You’re comfortable building from scratch
You care about customer experience, mobility and sustainability
