Please be aware that to qualify for our Internship Placement, students must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines) and returning to their studies after the 12 month placement concludes.

Key Results Area
Assist the Consumer Marketing team with the delivery of a busy programme of online activities and campaigns.
Assist the team with updates to the consumer website Ireland.com, the destination of all consumer campaigns, and the creation of campaign & competition pages.
Support the team in preparing content and scheduling consumer e-zines; analysing results and undertaking quarterly reporting as required.
Collect and add appropriate Web Offers from market operators and Industry partners from the Island of Ireland in advance of campaigns launch
Assist with social media content creation and curation on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok consumer accounts, in line with the social media strategy.
Assist the Publicity & PR Executive and the PR Agency in the implementation of an integrated Publicity Programme
Support the handling of the LinkedIn media account; update content on the Media Room and search for content for press releases and to respond to media requests.
Coordination of PR opportunities
- assist in the organisation of PR events (SPD/Ireland Week, Halloween…).
Support the team with Industry Opportunities, including uploading consumer and publicity opportunities and liaise with industry partners to gather their content and report on the activities.
Provide general office administration support (invoice requests, Marketing Activities Reporting System)
Ensure adherence to the company’s GDPR compliance policies and procedures in respect of your area of work
Represent Tourism Ireland at various industry, press and corporate events
Such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require
Note: This placement may involve some travel and work outside normal business hours.
The Person
The successful intern will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills, competencies, and qualifications:
Essential
Minimum B2 in oral and written French, is required.
Fluent English, both oral and written, is required.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines will be considered).
Must be returning to complete studies after the completion of the placement.
The legal right to live and work in France for the full duration of the programme.
Proficient in MS Office.
