We are looking for a *Customer Success & Marketing Assistant Intern* to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our *ThingPark Market* (IoT e-commerce platform) and corporate marketing activities.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer care, marketing operations, and event coordination in an international environment.
*Your Mission *
In this dual role, you’ll spend about *70%* of your time on customer success and *30%* on marketing and event coordination.
*Customer Success (70%) *
* Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries about product listings, brand pages, and order processes.
* Support new sellers during onboarding: product uploads, compliance checks, and best practices.
* Manage daily platform operations (ThingPark Market), ensuring accuracy and a smooth user experience.
* Build strong relationships with sellers to help them succeed and grow their visibility.
* Monitor seller activity and performance and prepare reports to improve engagement and conversion.
*Marketing & Event Support (30%) *
* Assist with event preparation: managing printing, packaging, and shipping of marketing materials and goodies.
* Eventually, attend professional tradeshows (mainly in Paris) to take photos, capture short interviews, and help post live content on social media.
* Coordinate social media campaigns (mainly LinkedIn) for upcoming events and new product launches.
* Support the creation of visuals and content for digital platforms (ThingPark Market & Actility.com).
* Help maintain marketing assets, photo libraries, and product documentation.
* Contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility and lead generation.
*Your Profile *
* Are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or International Management.
* Have excellent English communication skills (French or Spanish is a plus).
* Are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented and you enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
* Have a strong interest in IoT, digital platforms, and event marketing.
* Are comfortable using tools such as Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS (bonus: Elementor or Magento experience).
* Understand the basics of social media marketing and customer relationship management.
* Are creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Are a team player with a positive attitude, respectful communication style, and a genuine willingness to collaborate and help others.
