Our 50+ consultants team supports leading European and global investors in defining and implementing their sustainability strategy for their real estate portfolios. Under the leadership of the Head of Consulting, you will be integrated into several client teams to support them in implementing their sustainability strategy using the Deepki platform. You will also join a team specialising in GRESB, the leading voluntary reporting initiative for players in the real estate sector, to support our clients in complying with the associated requirements. Main tasks: Support the prioritisation of strategic sustainability issues according to client constraints (e.g.

decarbonisation plan, reporting, data quality control, etc.).

Coordinate sustainability data collection on buildings in the client portfolio (e.g.

animate meetings property managers, set up automatic energy consumption data collection, etc.)Support clients in their reporting processes (e.g.

GRESB, SFDR, Tertiary Decree, etc.)Monitor the sustainability performance of the property portfolio (e.g.

energy, carbon, biodiversity, ESG scoring, etc.)Contribute to the management of complex projects (e.g.

prioritising tasks, sharing alerts, proposing solutions, coordinating stakeholders, etc.).

In addition, you will contribute to the development of Deepki's global expertise on sustainability issues applicable to the real estate sector by joining one of the Deepki consulting team's areas of expertise.
