Job Description
Creating lasting memories inspire you? Our Member Experiences & Corporate Hospitality team is looking for a dynamic Experiences product Assistant to help shape exclusive experiences for our ALL Accor loyalty members.
You will play a key role in bringing our experiences to life and boosting customer loyalty.

Your mission:
Collaborate on experience-related projects and implement experiences strategy for ALL loyalty programme members, with global and regional teams
Create and update support materials for experiences
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for loyalty marketing initiatives
Analyse customer data and campaign metrics to identify trends and new opportunities
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +4/+5) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant internships or work-study experience in marketing is a plus
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Strong soft skills including autonomy, rigor, proactivity, adaptability, and teamwork
Positive mindset & result-driven profile with good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic data analysis and synthesis skills for report compilation
