Position
The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.
As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.
Job responsibilities
Based in Paris, you will have the opportunity to oversee and execute key marketing activities in the Parisian department stores to the support the development of the business with a specific focus of client.
Main tasks :
Clienteling:
Support the execution of clienteling strategic plan in store through team training and coaching sessions, Morning Brief and follow up with the boutique’s managers
Support the development and rollout of marketing tools functional to the clienteling activities
Perform analysis of Clienteling campaigns and sales to understand best practices and identify opportunities to develop client loyalty and retention
Events:
Support for the organization of in-store events: creation of supplier briefs, sourcing of new suppliers, kick off meetings summary
Liaise with external Marketing suppliers
Liaise with boutique’s manager team to set up events
Analyse and report event return of investment and client development
Reporting :
Consolidation of store performance data (sales, KPI's, etc.).
Creation of reports and dashboards to monitor clienteling activities in store.
Performance analysis and identification of areas for improvement
Profile
Master’s degree in business school or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing.
A first experience in the retail and/or luxury sector would be a plus
Proficiency in Pack Office (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
Self-starter
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and proactivity

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925.
The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed.
