Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Equity Derivatives & Securities Financing (EDSF) team who is looking for a Financial Lawyer, for a 6-month internship from March 2026.
You will join a dynamic team of lawyers dedicated to the Equity Markets (EM) and Global Securities Financing (GSF) lines of business, with an inherently transversal role in view of the diversity of its clients, the subjects dealt with and the international scope of the activity.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Assist the team’s lawyers on transactions and/or legal research,
Assist in providing standardized documentation for business lines,
Draft the documentation related to our transactions (with the help of a lawyer),
Understand the financial mechanisms and legal implications of transactions concluded by business lines, and
Analyze a situation from a legal point of view and be able to formulate adequate legal advice.
As a financial lawyer intern, you actively participate in the team’s life by assisting the lawyers as part of their daily activity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student level Bac+5, you prepare a university degree or business school with a specialization in banking and financial law or business law.
You wish to develop as a lawyer within a financial markets activity.
You ideally have additional knowledge in accounting and finance.
You show a spirit of analysis, responsiveness and a sense of customer service.
You demonstrate an ability to work in a team and are recognized for your open-mindedness and adaptability in the face of different foreign laws, international practices, changes in regulations and products, as well as customer diversity.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
