Job Description You will join the HR Development Center of Expertise within the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is seeking an HR Development Officer for a 6-month internship, starting in March 2026. The Human Resources Department supports business lines by providing advice and value-added solutions for their various projects and challenges related to transformation and employee skill development. Within a team of 4 people and in collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include participating in: The operational implementation of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) roadmap for managers and HR Business Partners (defining support needs, deploying communication/awareness actions, and organizing events); The execution of actions serving our employer branding, university relations, and recruitment objectives (for example, assisting in organizing events with students at our premises, engaging employee communities, managing our recruitments, etc.); Supporting the organization of our onboarding initiatives for new joiners (interns and work-study students). To successfully carry out these actions, you will interact with our internal partners and clients, organize working meetings, etc. You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they do. #FinanceTransformative You will evolve in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete missions and real impact.

You will also have access to the works council. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience Student at Bac+4/5 level, you are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources. You demonstrate rigor and reliability. You are autonomous and have the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adhere to timelines. You have an interest in HR project management and community engagement. You are comfortable with digital tools and proficient with the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint). You have sufficient English proficiency for communication (B2/C1 level). And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
