Job Description
You join the Ostrum Asset Management Investment Specialists team within the Development Department, as Investment Specialist for an internship of 6 months from from March 2026.
In this team of 9 people, we are working to promote the management expertise of Ostrum AM among Natixis Investment Managers International sales representatives and their clients.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Contribute to the structuring, automation, and optimization of complex data via macros
Contribute to the development and keep up-to-date, in association with marketing, marketing materials for the commercialization of management strategies (expert presentations, communications and reports on strategies);
Support editorial and quantitative parts for tender management;
Participate in cross-functional projects in management and development, for example by supporting the SRI development of management expertise.
As an intern in the Investment Specialists team, you participate in the development of Ostrum AM, starting from a technical-commercial function, through which you synthesize market and marketing aspects.
You are in contact with the managers and internal teams of Ostrum AM as well as with the sales representatives of Natixis Investments Managers International.
You develop your management knowledge and business capabilities.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school).
You have a strong interest in asset management and financial markets.
You are rigorous and methodical, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen.
You master the Office package and develop a strong technical expertise in Excel (including VBA).
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
