Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the Legal Banking
- Assets division as a lawyer for a 6-month internship starting from July 2026.
The division is made up of 15 lawyers in charge of legal support for Natixis CIB’s infrastructure & energy transition financing, real estate and transport (aviation & shipping) businesses.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Assist the lawyers of the cluster in their research;
Review legal documents (e.g.
confidentiality agreements, financing and security contracts, legal opinions...);
Write legal notes;
Participate in the team’s knowledge management (e.g., establishment of clauses, precedent tables, etc.);
Prepare legal presentations...
As a legal intern, you participate in the facilitation and legal security of operations carried out by the professions advised by the Assets division.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in financial law.
You have a solid legal background in contract law.
You master the law of obligations, financial law and/or the law of securities.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are dynamic, curious and rigorous.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
