Job Description
You join our team within the Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) department, which is looking for a SECM Business Management Officer, for an internship of 6 months fromApril 2026.
Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) is the department of Natixis specializing in the implementation of equity and derivatives engineering operations for its large clients.
As such, it aims to offer them tailor-made solutions adapted to their equity issues (shareholdings, self-control, dilution/relution, use of derivatives, financing, etc...).
These private operations are characterized by their often strategic nature for clients, the strict confidentiality that results from them, the need for innovation and excellence in execution, and the use of a wide range of tools specific to action engineering.
(options, financing, etc.) and to all corporate finance topics.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Financial management of the activity (Monitoring of results, Booking of transactions, Monitoring of equity and liquidity);
Referent of external and internal communication;
Participation in Business Management projects;
Support in the various execution and monitoring missions of the team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.
You are endowed with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
You have shown reliability and rigor.
You are proactive.
You have strong writing and presentation skills.
You have good interpersonal skills.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
