Within AXA GIE (DCFG), you will join the Corporate Finance M&A Team as an Intern.
What You’ll Do
Support the coordination of M&A processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal advisors).
Perform financial analyses and valuations of potential acquisition or divestiture targets, including assessment of strategic rationale and financial impact.
Conduct macroeconomic, sector and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and opportunity screening.
Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for senior management, executive committees and Board-level discussions.
Support capital allocation activities and the monitoring of key entity-level performance indicators, ensuring effective and disciplined capital deployment (e.g.
solvency ratio, RoE)
VOTRE PROFIL
Who You Are
Passionate about finance, with a strong interest in corporate finance and M&A transactions
Currently enrolled in a top-tier business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in finance
Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial statements
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a demanding, international environment
