Objective:
To assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Murex University's learning products, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest versions of Murex's Service & Product offerings.
This includes migrating current videos to Text-to-Speech (TTS) formats and performing various maintenance activities on learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Migrating Current Videos to TTS:
Utilize AI-powered tools like Synthesia to convert existing video content into TTS formats.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of the TTS videos, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
2.
Performing Maintenance Activities on Learning Journeys:
Update Visuals: Refresh and enhance the visual elements of learning materials to align with the latest design standards and Murex branding.
Adjust Semantics: Review and update the language used in learning materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
Add New Notions: Incorporate new concepts and updates related to Murex's Service & Product offerings into the learning journeys

Uploading adjusted video in MXlearn (360learning LMS) and performing necessary adjustments (course outline, cheatsheet, quiz, tagging)
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Learning Designers: Work closely with experts in instructional design to ensure that the learning materials are pedagogically sound and engaging.
Learning Producers: Collaborate with business experts who have in-depth knowledge of Murex's Service & Product offerings to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date.
Agile Teams: Participate in agile teams dedicated to building and maintaining learning journeys, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Learning Outcomes:
Technical Skills: Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered TTS tools and video editing software.
Instructional Design: Learn the principles of instructional design and how to apply them in a corporate learning environment.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Murex's Service & Product offerings.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile environment, learning about agile practices and how they are applied in real-world projects.
Example Schedule:
Week 1-2: Orientation and Training
Introduction to Murex University and its learning products.
Training on TTS tools like Synthesia and other relevant software.
Week 3-6: TTS Migration and Initial Maintenance
Begin migrating current videos to TTS formats.
Start performing maintenance activities on learning journeys, focusing on updating visuals and adjusting semantics.
Week 7-8: Mid-Internship Review
Present progress to the team and gather feedback.
Adjust the project plan based on feedback and set goals for the remaining weeks.
Week 9-12: Final Maintenance and Presentation
Complete the migration of videos and maintenance activities.
Prepare a final presentation summarizing the work done and the impact on Murex University’s learning products.
Present the final project to the Murex University team.

Profile
Must‑Have
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Instructional Design, EdTech, Multimedia, HCI, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related fields).
Professional English (written & spoken).
Interest in adult learning and instructional design.
Comfortable with digital tools and motivated to learn AI/TextToSpeech platforms (e.g., Synthesia).
Curiosity about FinTech and capital‑markets workflows to understand Murex learning content.
Attention to detail (semantics, visuals, consistency).
Ability to work in structured and agile environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Have
Technical / Creative
Experience in video editing (Premiere, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve).
Familiarity with LMS platforms (ideally 360Learning / MXlearn).
Basic understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
Awareness of UX/UI for learning materials.
Exposure to AI content‑creation tools (Canva, Descript, ElevenLabs…).
Domain
Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or enterprise software.
Interest in documentation, technical writing, or content structuring.
