R&D Intern – Simulation & 3D Environment Engineer
- Design and develop high-fidelity 3D environments using NVIDIA Omniverse, USD (Universal Scene Description), and physically-based rendering tools.
- Build and optimise simulation pipelines for digital twin applications in logistics, manufacturing, and mobility.
- Design and fine-tune 3D models, rig robot models, and prepare assets for simulation.
- Collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, and domain experts to create interactive, scalable simulation scenarios.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept demonstrators for clients, focusing on realism, scalability, and system integration.
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Graphics, Simulation, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Programming skills in Python and/or C++.
- Experience with 3D modelling tools (e.g.
Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and simulation environments (e.g.
Omniverse, Unity, Unreal Engine, Gazebo).
- Familiarity with USD, RTX, or physically-based simulation is a strong plus.
- Interest in digital twins, virtual prototyping, and simulation-driven design.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
