LOCATION Internship based at headquarters in Suresnes (92), France YOUR FUTURE ROLE The Strategic Insights team, made up of around twenty people (based at Suresnes HQ and abroad), is organized into four main divisions, including: The “Brand Champion” division, which is responsible for: Providing strategic insight in collaboration with central teams, especially understanding each brand’s key priorities and challenges in different markets, and providing central teams with market, consumer, and competitor data. Identifying SI (Strategic Insights) needs, running studies, and translating them into actionable strategic recommendations (translating marketing objectives into research objectives, recommending optimal research methods, briefing/supporting/managing research institutes, delivering both detailed results and summary learnings, and turning results into clear recommendations addressing the issue). The entire Strategic Insights team works to interact with Marketing, Sales, and RID teams to create impact and spread insight culture and consumer centricity across the business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Within the Group Marketing Department, you’ll support the SI Brand Champions in their missions, working across a broad portfolio of brands (The Laughing Cow®, Kiri®, Babybel®, Boursin®, Pom’Potes®, GoGo squeeZ®).

Your missions will include: Working with research agencies: briefing, launching, monitoring, and summarizing qualitative & quantitative studies (comms tests, pack tests, image tracking, organoleptic tests, U&A, innovation etc.), to ensure a deep understanding of consumer needs as well as validate innovation/renovation launches. Contributing to active competitive intelligence: identifying, tracking, and sharing trends (including organizing a major BEL global event: logistics & content). Researching and analyzing market, consumer, and competitive data using partners such as Mintel, Euromonitor, etc. Supporting information sharing internally via the creation and follow-up of newsletters, webinars, and training sessions.Contributing to internal transformation projects as needed. YOUR PROFILE You are a gap year or final-year student with a successful first experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in FMCG/retail.

You speak fluent English.

You are known for your rigor and organizational skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities, initiative, and team spirit.

You have strong IT skills.
