We value the rich diversity that comes from blending local perspective with our global network. LazardNext is the entity within our Paris office handling small- and mid-cap M&A transactions. We are seeking an intern from July or September 2026, for a period of 6 months.

This position is based in Paris. We’ll trust you to: Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies You’ll need to have: Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2) with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering First internship experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.) An excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) You are bilingual in French and English What we offer: We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits.
