Job Description
How you will contribute
Processing of self-invoices, suppliers invoices and proforma
Financial data administration in SAP, BI tool (Insight) is a plus
Reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts
Supporting payments processing
Keeping track of order cycle, invoices and payments’ approvals
Posting and issuing invoices, allocation and cost evaluation
Supporting in inter-company reconciliations
Cooperating with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities
Who you are
Successful studies in Finance, Management, Business or similar
Good understanding of General Accounting (local GAAPs)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of Office 365, in particular Excel
Fluent in Italian and English
