Poste:
As part of the EMEA headquarters, you will actively support the Licensing team in their daily operations.
You will help the team in working on marketing campaigns to expand brand awareness, by collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Toys, PR, Event, Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Digital…) to support brand activities.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Support the operational management of partnerships with licensees, including coordinating product launches, distributing information, and managing action plans
Assist in the creation of newsletters, B2B content, and other communication materials
Prepare sales presentations for brand reviews and product launches
Provide logistical and communication support for client events
Work closely with Marketing, Communication, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and coordinate the organization of events (liaise with event organizers, update brand decks, support pre-event organization…)
Profil:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or project management
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English (essential for our international environment)
Organizational and time management skills
Multitasking
Rigorous
Strong communication skills – both written and oral
Curious and willing to learn
Ability to work both within a team and with total independence
Ability to come up with new ideas, open-mindedness
Proactive
Passionate about licensing, gaming, pop culture, and consumer products

Additional information
Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)
Start date: February / March 2026
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €1,000€ up to €1,200 per month)
